HOT PILATES.
Our signature Hot Mat Pilates class. Designed to be a dynamic, full body workout elevated by heat and intentional sequencing. Thoughtfully layered to suit all fitness levels, each class builds strength, challenges control, and supports improved alignment — leaving you feeling stronger, more empowered and energised.
Room will be heated 36-38 degrees celsius.
LOADED.
HOT STRENGTH.
Slow and steady, this full body strength class is the perfect blend of Pilates and Strength training. You’ll move through resistance based exercises with weighted props and simple, effective layering and super setting. Using slow and controlled movements, this class is designed to leave you sweaty and feeling strong.

INTENTION.
WARM PILATES.
This is all about slowing it right down, in pace and in heat.
Room is set to a comfortable warm temperature, and the focus will be to prioritise breath, flow, and deep core engagement. The pace is intentionally slower, allowing for more mindful, controlled movements that builds strength from the inside out. Expect to use minimal props and to have minimal breaks, but to leave feeling stronger, more lengthened, cantered and aligned.
This class is the perfect stepping stone if you have never worked out in the heat before.

Our signature Hot Yoga Flow classes are a dynamic, breath-led practice set in a heated room designed to support mobility, strength, and mindful movement. Moving fluidly from posture to posture, this class builds heat gradually while focusing on alignment, balance, and control.
Suitable for all levels, this flow leaves you feeling energised, centred, and open.

WARM PILATES.
Mums, Dads and babies (COMING SOON)
Nurture is a gentle, mat-based class designed to support postnatal recovery while allowing you to move alongside your baby. The class focuses on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and restoring mobility through controlled, low-impact Pilates movements. Exercises are thoughtfully layered to suit all postnatal stages, with space to tend to your bub as needed.
Room will be set to 22 - 24 degrees celsius.
