HOT/WARM PILATES.
Our signature Mat Pilates class. Designed to be a dynamic, full body workout elevated by heat and intentional sequencing. Thoughtfully layered to suit all fitness levels, each class builds strength, challenges control, and supports improved alignment — leaving you feeling stronger, more empowered and energised.
Hot Pilates will be set to 34-36 degrees.

HOT STRENGTH.
Slow and steady, this full body strength class is the perfect blend of Pilates and Strength training. You’ll move through resistance based exercises with weighted props and simple, effective layering and super setting. Using slow and controlled movements, this class is designed to leave you sweaty and feeling strong.

This is all about picking the pace up, challenging your endurance and
IGNITE is our signature hot sculpt class designed to turn up the heat. Expect spicy, fun movement sequences that challenge your endurance, elevate your heart rate and leave you seriously sweaty. Combining Pilates-inspired sculpting, low-impact cardio and full-body burn, this class is energising, empowering and completely addictive. Dynamic sequencing, high-energy movement and deep muscle burn will push your limits while keeping you coming back for more.

HOT YOGA & WARM YIN YOGA.
Our Hot Yoga Vinyasa flow classes are a dynamic, breath-led practice set in a heated room designed to support mobility, strength, and mindful movement. Moving fluidly from posture to posture, this class builds heat gradually while focusing on alignment, balance, and control.
Suitable for all levels, this flow leaves you feeling energised, centred, and open.

Our Yin Yoga class is a slow, calming style of yoga that focuses on deep stretching and holding poses for longer periods, usually between 3 to 5 minutes or more. It targets the connective tissues such as ligaments, joints, fascia, and deep muscles rather than just the muscles themselves, helping to improve flexibility, mobility, and circulation while encouraging relaxation and mindfulness. It is a gentle practice that promotes both physical release and mental stillness, making it ideal for stress relief and recovery.

WARM PILATES.
Mummy & Me
Nurture is a gentle, mat-based class designed to support postnatal recovery while allowing you to move alongside your baby. The class focuses on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and restoring mobility through controlled, low-impact Pilates movements. Exercises are thoughtfully layered to suit all postnatal stages, with space to tend to your bub as needed. Pregnancy friendly through all trimesters.
No set age limit for our Nurture classes - please use your discretion on how your child will go.

NURTURE.
STRETCH, RECOVERY & MOBILITY.
This restorative deload class is designed to support recovery through gentle movement, mobility, and release work. Using massage balls, therabands, and foam rollers, we’ll target tight muscles, improve flexibility, increase joint mobility, and help the body unwind from daily stress and training load. This class is guided by our on-site osteopath, and will be the perfect addition to your training routine.
