Align’d offers hot and warm mat Pilates, as well as hot yoga - our classes designed for all fitness levels, from complete beginners to seasoned movers. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking for a new challenge, our classes are built to support, motivate and push you.

The heat turns up the intensity in the best way. Warming the body helps muscles move more freely, improves flexibility and increases circulation, while encouraging a deep, detoxifying sweat. It also sharpens focus and builds mental resilience, making every class a challenge for both body and mind.

What are the benefits?

There are so many benefits to Hot Mat Pilates and Yoga.

The infrared heat offers a powerful blend of mindful movement and therapeutic warmth, delivering benefits that go beyond a traditional Pilates session.

Something to note, your body will adapt overtime to the heat, making it easier to withstand moving in the higher temperature. The more consistent you are, the quicker your body gets used to the heat. You are always more than welcome to come down to your mat if you need a minute, or stepping out of the room is highly encouraged if you need to do so.
